Ideas and experience.

FATH is an owner-managed company with currently approx. 100 employees. In our head office in Spalt, 30 km south of Nuremberg, we have consolidated the entire  product cycle from the first idea, the construction and tool room, the manufacturing process, the quality assurance through to the logistics segment. 

As specialist for positioning, fixation and connection systems we not only supply engine builders, manufacturers of production facilities, automotive and facade engineers but also retailers throughout the world. For 20 years we have been in close contact with our customers, whose requirements and ideas we implement fast and in an uncomplicated way.

Subsidiary companies in Orlando, Florida, USA, and Shanghai, China - both with an own assembly department and own stock locations - allow FATH to be active and available 24 hours a day.

We can optimally use our resources, because we think and act unconventionally. Our company building, which has been optimised according to environmentally friendly aspects, has a swimming pool and a sports field, and is a visible testimony of this mentality. Another one is our training strategy by use of which we not only offer vocational training to adolescent persons but can also support them in their personal development.
